Thank you — your PlantSaver pre-order is in. A receipt is on its way to your email, and we'll write as the build progresses.

Your plant, watered properly.

Most plant waterers fire on a timer and hope. PlantSaver measures the soil, waters only when it needs it, and then measures again to confirm the water actually arrived — so an empty bottle becomes an alert instead of a dead plant.

📊

It verifies

Measures the soil before and after watering. If the reading doesn't move, the water never arrived — and you get told.

🔋

Two years a charge

One rechargeable cell. It sleeps between waterings and wakes on your schedule, from daily to weekly.

🥤

Your own bottle

Any jar or bottle you already own. No proprietary tanks, no refill cartridges, nothing to re-buy.

How It Works

Five steps, then back to sleep for days.

1

It wakes on your schedule

Anywhere from once a day to once a week, set from your phone. The rest of the time it is genuinely asleep, which is where the two-year battery comes from.

2

It measures the soil

A slim capacitive probe reads moisture at the roots. Powered only for the instant it takes to read, so it doesn't corrode away in the soil.

3

It waters — only if needed

Below your threshold, a small internal pump draws from your bottle for a few seconds. Above it, nothing happens and nothing is wasted.

4

It checks its own work

After the water settles, it measures again. A real watering moves the reading. One that doesn't means an empty bottle, a kinked tube or a failed pump.

5

It tells you, then sleeps

Readings go to your phone and the web dashboard over Wi-Fi, with email and text alerts for dry soil, an empty bottle or a low battery.

The Difference

Nearly every plant waterer shares one flaw.

A typical timer waterer

  • Runs the pump on a clock, whatever the soil is doing
  • Cannot tell a successful watering from an empty reservoir
  • You discover the failure when the plant dies
  • Mains powered, or batteries every few months
  • Proprietary tank you have to buy into

PlantSaver

  • Waters only when the soil says the plant is dry
  • Confirms the water arrived by measuring the change
  • Alerts you the same day something goes wrong
  • About two years on one rechargeable cell
  • Any jar or bottle you already own
