There is never a straight path from the bottle to your hand, so tipping it too far still gives you one softgel, not ten.

How It Works

Three discs and one rotating pocket, like an airlock for softgels.

Fit it once

Take off the cap and the foil seal, press PillTwist into the neck, and put the cap back on. It stays in the bottle until the bottle is empty.

Flip and twist

Take off the cap, turn the bottle over, and twist. Inside, a pocket sized to exactly one softgel picks one up from the bottle.

One drops out

As the pocket comes round to the outlet, that one softgel drops into your hand. The inlet is closed while the outlet is open, so nothing else follows.

Need another? Twist again

Every half turn gives one more. When the bottle is empty, move PillTwist to the next one.
